In the processing of core components, standardized polishing procedures are applied to critical joints including frame hinges, wire temples and connecting sections to evenly remove burrs horizontally. We strictly avoid paint scratching and edge chipping caused by repeated processing. Any components with paint peeling, notches or other defects are directly rejected to prevent defective semi-finished goods from flowing into subsequent procedures.
We are well-versed in the processing characteristics of mainstream materials such as TR, PC, nylon and TAC polarized lenses. We master a wide range of processes including drilling and tapping on metal wire temples, forming integrated spring wire temples, assembly of magnetic frames, nose pad bonding and magnet pressing. We distinguish production specifications between spring hinges and regular hinges, and accurately implement standards for surface finishing processes such as spray pattern coating, elastic paint, glossy black and matte black.
Multiple inspection checkpoints are arranged throughout production: semi-finished products are sorted with consistent orientation; burrs on drilled holes and edges of wire temples are trimmed one by one; protective fittings for painting are used in compliance with specifications to avoid defects in electroplating and spraying. In final inspection, rigorous checks are carried out for common defects such as fingerprints, dust particles, chuck marks on lenses and uneven temple height.
